It’s always a pleasure when we’re able to share wonderful news from our students and their families, especially during challenging times such as the lockdown that our country and the world has been experiencing recently.
We are pleased to announce that after three months of lockdown, Adela is back to competitive racing in the Czech Republic, with some outstanding performances!
Over the past weekend, Adela took first place at the opening race of the Czech biathlon season, taking down 14 out of 15 shots, coupled with a great run. On Sunday she stormed through the Prague Youth Championship in Track & Field, winning her 800m by a landslide- she even ran a new personal best!
Adela’s parents have told us that she is delighted with her recent athletic successes, and is also looking forward to resuming her studies at KPS in the autumn term- particularly to resume her music lessons and performances!
We are so happy to be able to share this fantastic update with our KPS community- as we continue to move forward towards re-opening schools and sporting events in the UK in the near future, we can look forward to more positive stories such as this one.
