As part of their Skills for Life programme, Year 11s enjoyed an afternoon cookery masterclass with our resident school chef Curie, learning the fine art of stir-fry making!

As well as explaining the recipe and cooking methods, Curie led the students in the importance of health and safety, careful food preparation and presentation skills when plating up the dishes.

Reinis, Deniz Colette and Georgios all got stuck in in the kitchen- well done to them!
