There are many resources available to support children and young people during this uncertain time. Helping our students to process the impact that it may be having on themselves and their families is an essential part of our role as teachers and we are in a privileged position to be able to draw alongside them at this time. 

The resources linked below are from the Childline and include ideas for breathing exercises, activities, games and videos to help get rid of stress.
