On Tuesday 10 September, Year 10 and 11 Art GCSE students took part in their first ever life drawing session. Drawing the human figure from observation of a life model is both a challenging and exciting experience. Students particularly focused on recording the line and shape of the model’s body in various poses, developing their drawing and observation skills, producing creative final works. We look forward to future sessions and opportunities to experiment with a variety of media as a way of recording the human body.
