The Admissions process at Kensington Park School places the individual child at its heart.

Kensington Park School is looking for well-rounded individuals who show genuine intellectual curiosity and interests that go beyond the academic curriculum. Our entrance assessments, based on the national curriculum, are written by our own academic team, and are designed to identity potential. No specific preparation is required for the assessments, allowing candidates to start on an equal footing with identical opportunities to display their academic aptitude. In making an offer to join the School, we take a holistic approach, taking into account a student’s performance at interview and in our entrance assessments, their school reports, and reference from their previous school.

The main points of entry are in Year 7, Year 9 and Year 12. The School may also have occasional places in other year groups.

Before making an application, we encourage students and their parents to join one of our Open Days. We hold regular Open Evenings and Open Mornings throughout the Autumn, Spring, and Summer Terms to give students and their families a full picture of life at Kensington Park School. You can find out more about our upcoming Open Days here.
