We’re delighted to share the news that senior KPS student Adela has inspired us again this term, as she completed another Czech Biathlon Championship this weekend, and returned with plenty of medals to her name.
In a long distance race, Adela delivered an excellent performance in her running. Coupled with all ten shoots, Adela took to the top of the podium and became the National Biathlon Champion. On Sunday in her sprint race, Adela managed to only miss two targets and achieved fourth place.
These races were the final part of the summer Czech Biathlon National Cup 2020. Due to Adela’s three individual wins as well as her strong performance throughout the year and perseverance in these challenging times, Adela won the overall top place in the National Biathlon Cup.
Adela’s parents thanked KPS “for [our] continued support to enable Adela to strive for her academic as well as sporting achievements.”
