On the second Wednesday afternoon of the new term, students from Years 10 – 13 were lucky enough to have a coaching session from international GB Ultimate Frisbee player. Villiam, originally from Slovakia, has represented his country and Great Britain in a number of international tournaments around the world including Japan, Slovenia, England and Norway. During the session, Villiam showed KPS students the different types of throws that are involved in an ultimate frisbee game which include backhand, forehand and over-arm as well as teaching us the rules of this relatively new, yet competitive and extremely enjoyable, sport!

KPS students took to ultimate frisbee with flying colours and were soon displaying skills that allowed them to progress into mini matches with high scoring games.
